About Gerald
Farmland Specialist
“I look forward to working with you in your sale or purchase of a farm.”
Gerald Muller
I grew up on a mixed farm near Shellbrook, SK. Before getting into the real estate business, I had numerous jobs including working at a meat packing plant, on an oil rig, in a grain elevator and as a heavy equipment operator.
In 1981, I began my real estate career, spending 8 years with a national franchise. I sold residential, commercial and agricultural real estate.
In 1990, I went to work with an agricultural auction company that wanted to get into the farmland auction business. Over the next 17 years, I estimated, contracted and supervised nearly 100 farmland auctions in SK, AB & MB.
In 2007, my wife and I started our own auction company and relocated to Nova Scotia. Our company sold industrial plant equipment, construction equipment and real estate. During this period, we sold commercial, industrial and recreational property in NS, NB, PE and QC
In 2017, having thoroughly enjoyed our almost 10 years in the Maritimes, we moved back to SK.
In 2018, I decided to go “Back to the Future”, and started selling real estate with C&C Realty. I specialize in SK farmland sales.
In the past, I have held the following real estate licenses:
- NS Broker’s License (held between 2010 and 2016)
- AB Broker’s License (held between 2001 and 2014)
- SK Broker’s License (held between 1994 and 2014)
- SK Salesman’s license (held between 1981 and 1994)
I have a good deal of experience in running a business, and all that that entails.
I’ve sold diverse types of real estate via one method or another in seven of Canada’s ten provinces. I’ve owned real estate brokerages in SK & NS.
I’ve negotiated numerous large transactions and have learned many of the do’s and don’ts.
Given the opportunity, I look forward to working with you in the sale of your farm, or, alternatively, your purchase of a farm.
